2.1 Transformed and decorated our basement parking lot into a venue for the Excellence Awards gala dinner. 

2.2 Provided tables and chairs (long tables with Flower center pieces) for 140 guests in the main area and also created and decorated a waiting area where guests would be served with waiting drinks. 

2.3 Provided Catering (3 course meal, drinks and water) for the 140 guests.

2.4 Decorated and provided snacks for the VIP Holding Rooms at separate waiting Areas. 

2.5 Provided PA and Sound system which consisted of stage, speakers for main area and waiting area, tv screens for extra viewing, DJ and a videographer. 

2.6 Waiters and waitresses were also provided.

3. The Division worked closely with the owner Mr Michael M Mnguni as he did an amazing job coordinating his team on the day to make our awards gala dinner a great success.

4. Based on the transformation of the basement into a spectacular hall and all the services they provided for the awards, they rendered an exceptional service.
